Lakes Region Fire Apparatus is hiring! Service Manager

We are seeking a proven leader in the repair industry with a track record of driving results, building strong teams, and delivering top-tier customer service. Weโ€™re looking for a high-performing Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well-established shop.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Med-heavy duty truck repair experience
  • Plans, organizes, leads, and controls the flow of service work through the Service Department in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs to the customer.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
  • Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
  • Experience with Word & Excel documents
  • Clean driving and background history

Preferred but not required:

  • CDL
  • Fire Apparatus experience (repair or operating)
  • Autobody experience
  • State Inspection License

This is a full time, salaried position and includes 401k,100% health insurance, holidays, vacation, and year- end bonuses. Pay is commensurate with experience & abilities

Lakes Region Fire Apparatus was founded on August 1, 1991. In our 33 years we have grown from an on-the-road pump service company to facilities that cover approximately 15,000 sq. ft. combined.
Over these 33 years, the Fire Apparatus Industry has changed with innovation and technology we strive every day to stay on pace with those changes. Our technicianโ€™s training, tooling and equipment has advanced to meet those challenges. What started off as Glenn beating the pavement throughout New England has grown to a regional sales team covering NH, ME, MA, VT, and Eastern portions of NY.
