SERVICE AT OUR FACILITY
Our technicians have completed factory training and are heavily involved in EVT certification via the EVT Certification Commission Testing programs. Our highly trained and diverse staff have received their certifications from factory training by HME, Hale, RK Aerials, Waterous, Akron Brass, Class1 ES-key electronics and engine controls, Midland Brake, as well as continuing training by attending seminars at regional conferences across the country. We are here to handle all your maintenance needs from annual preventative inspections and services to mechanical break downs, we have you covered.
ROAD SERVICE
Our main service vehicle is a 2019 CV515 International with a Heavy Duty Service body w/crane, which is set up with an air compressor, motor oil, transmission fluid, gear lube, chassis grease, product delivery pumps and reels, tools and a more than modest inventory of replacement parts. Our fully equipped road service vehicle is ready to handle your service needs in the station, or on the road. Staffed by EVT certified technicians.
pUMP tESTING
We have a fully equipped Pump Test Truck at Lakes Region Fire Apparatus. Annual pump testing is a documented procedure to prove your apparatus can perform at its rated capacity from draft. The chassis drivetrain, pump, pump transmission and associated plumbing are run through a progressive series of tests that are designed to prove the system is in sound working order.
upfitting/collision repair
At Lakes Region Fire Apparatus, we realize that each piece of apparatus needs to be upfitted to that department’s specific needs. When we install equipment on emergency vehicles, our technicians upfit the products properly and efficiently. We will work with you to customize your build and complete your vehicle upfit quickly.

Our telephone system is a computer based system converts automatically to after hours extensions leave a message in the emergency mail box and our system will page us every 10 minutes until the message is retrieved… We will call you…!
